For download access, refunds or help with a designer’s instructions, contact the original seller through the platform where you bought the pattern. Crochet Lantern does not sell or deliver the third-party patterns featured in its collections.

Please do not send payment information, passwords or complete copies of paid patterns. A page link and a brief explanation are usually enough.
